  • Before the Service:
    • Arrive early (usually 30–45 minutes) to set up, test projectors, and ensure all media is loaded.
    • Check what the worship leader already built: the service schedule/playlist with songs, Scriptures, and videos.
    • Coordinate with the worship leader and pastor for any last-minute changes.
    • Rehearse with the worship team to verify slide timing and accuracy.
  • During the Service:
    • Operate the software live to display lyrics, videos, and sermon notes in real-time.
    • "Go Live" with correct slides, ensuring accurate transitions.
    • Utilize "Clear" or "Logo" buttons to hide text when appropriate.
    • Follow the service flow, anticipating changes from the pastor or worship leader.
