- Responsibilities: Planning, Preparation, Execution, Promotion of Projects, Festival, Fundraisings, Evangelism Outreach.
Sunday Morning School Teacher (JK, SK & Grade 1 & 2)
- Anna and Nethalie.
- Responsibilities: Arriving at 9:30am to set up class.
With The Project Gospel curriculum, they help children understand the gospel story, and that the Bible is not just a collection of stories, but one unified narrative of God's plan to rescue His people through Jesus.
Decorating Team
- Leader: Deanna
- Team: Bonnie
- Responsibilities: Plan, install, and remove seasonal or event-specific decorations (like for Christmas or Easter), maintain inventory and storage areas, and work closely with pastor, property manager and other church ministries.
Hospitality Team
- Leader: Ingrid
- Team: AJ, Daina, and Maxine.
- Responsibilities: They are contacted when there are special events to make sure that refreshments are served in an organized, timely, and hospitable manners.
Sunday Morning Prayer Couples
- Team: Gary & Pia, Phil & Bonnie, Taiwo & Funke, and Pastor Ray & Deanna.
- Responsibilities: They provide a safe space for people needing healing, guidance, or emotional breakthrough, keep requests strictly confidential, and offer spiritual support following the pastor's sermon.
Sunday Morning School Teacher's Helper (JK, SK & Grade 1 & 2)
- Ingrid, Kim, Debbie, and Pat L.
- Responsibilities: Arriving at 9:30am to assist the Teacher to prepare the classroom, and when dismissal is announced, taking the children downstairs to their class.
Fire Safety
- Leader: Bruce
- Responsibilities: Monthly Testing the Emergency Systems.
Ladies' Precept Bible Study
- Facilitator: Esther
- Responsibilities: Facilitating with the questions for group discussion that are provided by the precept book along with reading the closing commentary.
Sunday Morning Refreshments
- Leader: Pia
- Team: Debbie, Kim, Lisa, and Nely.
- Responsibilities: After the Sunday morning service:
Setting up coffee percolators, boiling hot water, arranging pastries, donuts, cookies, on serving platters, ensuring the station is fully supplied with cream, sugar, napkins, stir sticks, and cups.
Leaving the place spotless and ready for the subsequent services, wiping down the kitchen counters, washing equipment, managing leftovers and emptying trash, noting down low stock levels of coffee, paper goods or sugar so supplies can be replenished before the next week.

- Lisa, Pia and Wendy.
- Responsibilities: Arriving at 9:30am to set up class.

- Responsibilities: Taking Care of Flowers, Plants, Cutting the Grass, Snow Removal.
Men's Ministry Team

Responsibilities: Help in planning, preparation, execution, promotion of once a month breakfast, once a year retreat, and special events.

Sunday Morning School Nursery (Ages 2-3)
- Team: PRAYING FOR GOD'S PROVISION.
- Nursery Servants Needed: We currently have no personnel available to serve our families. We are praying for God's servants to step up. If you can help to open our nursery, please 'contact us' today.
- Responsibilities: From 9:45am, to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for infants and toddlers, ensuring that their physical and emotional needs are met.
