Ten to sixteen women meet weekly at the church or virtually to study the Bible together.
We are currently back in the Old Testament studying the book of Exodus in-depth without using a Precepts book. Instead we have a fill-in-the-blanks format to help us to guide and retain what we study.
We have finished 31 of 40 chapters. At the half-way point, which is the Ten Commandments chapter, we took two mornings to watch the 1956 movie with Charlton Heston as Moses and Yul Brynner as Pharaoh. For the time it was made it had very good visual effects.
We will now take a break for summer and restart again on September 12th.
